Die Bush Lapa started as a braai with friends. One evening around the fire, with a guitar going and the smell of the braai in the air, we realised we wanted more nights like that, with more people at the table.
The braai under the trees became a lapa with a stage, a bar and room for 300. Every December it hosts the Musiekfees, with artists like Karen Zoid and Bok van Blerk.
